• A free water test. If you're considering water treatment, we test what is actually in your water before recommending any equipment. No charge, and no obligation to buy a system.

The cheapest plumbing bill is the one you avoid

Most of what we get called out for started small. A slow drain that got ignored, a pinhole leak behind a wall, a water heater that had been rumbling for a year. Catching those early is worth more than any coupon.

Annual plumbing maintenance is the single most cost-effective thing most households can do: a pressure test at the main, a camera down the sewer line, the shutoff valves exercised so they still turn when you need them, and the flexible lines behind the dishwasher and washing machine checked before one of them lets go. A water softener is the other one, in a region where hard water is what quietly shortens the life of every fixture and appliance in the house.
