Professional and outstanding service!! My 80+ year old mother’s 19 year old water heater leaked, and they were able to come by that same day and replace it, with costs beating four other companies. Noel very carefully explained the situation and our options. He very patiently answered my mother’s many questions. They did an excellent job installing the new water heater. Later, my mother’s 19 year old toilet leaked, and again they did a wonderful job installing a new toilet that same day with the same courtesy and quality efficient service. We are very impressed with Proficient Plumbing and Drain and highly recommend them. We will definitely use their services again!

My water heater went out and my family quickly got tired of cold showers. I reached out to this company on a Saturday, and Rory responded within an hour. He even offered to come out that evening to diagnose the problem.
